At the ARC Art Department we feel that our main strength is that we are good at our primary job: To teach, and mentor artistic explorations

We create an environment where others can build a sense of personal freedom and develop cutting-edge attitudes.

The department maintains an educational environment that respects and accommodates a diversity of individual backgrounds, abilities, interests and opinions. It offers opportunities for lifelong learning and continuing education. It recognizes student achievement through awarding degrees.

The department also prepares students to transfer to and succeed at a four-year institution, and beyond.
